Ingredients:
Potatoe filling:
bite-sized new potatoes
1 pint sour cream
1 2-ounce jar caviar
chives to taste

Optional filling:
1 3-ounce pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup mayo
2 tsp lemon juice
2 T grated onion
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
Instructions:
Boil potatoes in salted water approx 20 minutes or until done. Drain & cool.

Using a melon ball scoop, hollow out the top of the potatoe & fill cavity with sour cream. (As a variation, mix optional filling ingredients & fill cavity.)

Top filling with caviar & sprinkle with chives.
